• How can I add my station in the Radio FM?

  To add your radio station to the Radio FM platform, you will need to register yourself with your official Broadcasters email ID Follow to below steps to Add a station on Radio FM: Go to https://appradiofm.com/broadcaster/broadcaster-login Switch to the Register tab if you are not registered. Fill in the required fields and check I agree to the Radio Broadcaster Indexing Agreement box. Click on Sign Up. You'll receive a Verification mail. Verify your email. Now login to your broadcasters account. Click on Add/Edit Radio in the Dashboard. Enter the stream link and click on Check Existence. Fill in the required Fields and press Add Radio Station. Your station will be added. It'll take 24 hrs for this to get processed and reflect in the app/website.

•  I'm the owner of a radio station that is already available on your platform. How can I claim it?

    If your station is already there on our platform, you can claim it to your broadcaster id and edit/update it easily anytime Follow the steps given below to Claim a station: Go to https://appradiofm.com/broadcaster/broadcaster-login Switch to the Register tab if you are not registered. Fill in the required fields and check I agree to the Radio Broadcaster Indexing Agreement box. Click on Sign Up. You'll receive a verification mail. Verify your email. Now login to your broadcasters account. Go to Claim a Station section from the Dashboard Select the Country and enter Stream link or Station Name and Click on Search. Select your station and click on Claim this Station. Once your request is processed, the station will be added to your Broadcaster Id. For more clarity visit: Claim Station  

• How can I promote my station through Radio FM?

   Promote your radio station with the Radio FM platform and move your station on the top of the lists to get better visibility and hence more plays. You get an option to Promote your station in any of these lists: Country List, State List, Language List, Genre List. You can list your station in any of the Top 5 positions based on the split availability. The pack charges depend on the  Position and Duration of Promotion. For the broadcasters promoting their station for the first time, you get a Trial Pack of 7 days where you can list your station on positions between 6 - 10 in the country list. Follow the steps below to buy a promotion pack: Login to your broadcasters account Under the Dashboard section on the left click on Move my station in Top5. If you have more than one station listed, select the station from the drop down to promote. Select the screen, i.e Country, State, Language, Genre.  Then Select the Position between 1 - 5 for paid promotion and between 6 - 10 for Trial Pack. Choose the Promotion Start date (as per your choice and availability) Check the “I agree to Radio Broadcaster Indexing Agreement” box. Then click Submit.  

• How to list my Podcast on the Radio FM platform?

  To add your podcast by yourself, follow the steps given below:- 1. Login/Register to the Partners account. 2. Switch to "Podcasters Panel". 3. Select “Add Podcast” from the side menu. 4. Fill in all the required fields and click on Submit button.

• How to request Data Deletion for Radio FM Partners?

  Data Deletion Request Process The information of the user once delivered to RadioFM will be retained by RadioFM in compliance with laws i.e. Personal Information Protection Act (Korea), GDPR and IT guidelines and laws of Indian Govt, which direct the company to retain such information.  Account Deletion Request Open the Radio FM Partners app and navigate to the "Settings" screen. Locate the "Delete Account" option and select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary details and confirm your request. Alternatively, you can send an email to us at partners@appradiofm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request”, with a clear request for data deletion.  On receiving the request, RadioFM will delete the account after verifying the user’s login ID (email).  Details of Account Handling Data Deleted: Upon receiving an account deletion request, RadioFM will delete the account after verifying the user’s login ID (email). This includes partners listed radios and/or podcasts and the account. The Partners can choose to delete this Account information along with the Stations and/or Podcasts he manages or any one thing, i.e either his Account or his Stations/Podcasts. When he chooses only to delete his account information but not the content he manages, his account will be deleted but the stations/podcasts will not be removed from our platform. Retention Period: We’ll retain your account information for a period of 180 days in compliance with Information Technology Rules 2021 notified by Govt. of India. On expiry of this period, the information will be deleted.
