Does the Radio FM application use the Internet?
Yes, as the Radio FM application plays Internet radio stations, it requires Internet. Our app RadioFM has the vision to ensure Any-Radio-Anywhere, which is possible through Internet Radio. So, our app is an Internet-based Radio app.
There was a station available in Radio FM, but now it is not working anymore. What should I do?
All the radio stations are hosted by the respective station owners, and Radio FM exercises no control over the same. In case a station has stopped working, you can write to us to support@appradiofm.com and we will try to speak to the station owner to rectify the same.
Are there any charges for using Radio FM?
Radio FM is a free application and there are no charges for downloading the application. However, as the application plays Internet Radio stations, you may incur data charges as per your carrier data plan. So, we suggest you check with your carrier for data usage.
I want to listen to a internet radio station, but can’t find that on the Radio FM?
1. You can either request the station from our application or website through Suggest a Station feature. Or mail us at support@appradiofm.com . We will talk to the station provider to include that in our application. 2. Or, You can directly speak to the station owner, and they can contact us for including their station in Radio FM.
How do I unsubscribe from Radio FM Premium?
If you subscribed to Radio FM Premium using your iOS device, you'll need to unsubscribe through Apple. Likewise, if you subscribed using your Android device, you’ll need to unsubscribe through Google Play. How can I remove ads from the Radio FM app?
Tired of watching to ads? Subscribe to Radio FM Premium and enjoy your favorite internet radio station without any display ads. 1. To purchase the subscription, click on the Premium icon present on the top of the screen or from the menu button present on the top left corner. 2. The subscription screen will be displayed. (if not logged in you will be first required to log in/signup to your Radio FM account) 3. Choose the pack as per your choice and click on "Get Premium" button You’ll be redirected to the payment page, complete the payment. After the successful payment, your Radio FM account will be upgraded to Radio FM Premium. With Radio FM Premium you can enjoy your favorite radios and podcasts without any display ads and you’ll also unlock the Car Mode feature. You can log in in up to 3 devices using your Premium id, sync your favorites and enjoy them anytime, anywhere.
I have paid for Radio FM Premium but I still hear ads.
When you subscribe to Radio FM Premium, we remove all the display ads. The ads you are hearing may be part of the broadcaster’s streams. While we have control over the in-app display and banner ads, we do not have any control over the commercials that are played from the broadcaster's side.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
After the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the first month or year of the Radio FM Premium service depending on the plan you opted for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription pack?
You can choose to upgrade your subscription pack at any time even during an ongoing pack. But, you don’t get an option to downgrade your subscription. But at the end of the annual subscription, you can unsubscribe from the annual pack and then choose to purchase a new monthly subscription.
How to use Radio FM on Alexa?

Follow the steps given below to delete your Radio FM account: 1. Go to Settings by clicking on three dots(⋮) on top right. 2. Sign in to your account. 3. After signing in to your account you’ll find the “Delete” option at the end of the screen 4. To delete your account, click on Delete. 5. Delete Account screen will appear. Tap on “Delete Account”. 6. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the OTP to delete your account. Remember: If you are subscribed to Radio FM Premium, please note that you will need to unsubscribe from Play Store/App Store, since we don’t control the billing process. Got a new device? Looking to transfer your Radio FM Premium services to this new device? No worries! You can easily reinitiate your subscription on a new device by signing in to your Radio FM account with the same email id that you used to purchase the ad-free subscription. 1. Open the Radio FM app 2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select Settings 3. In the Settings screen, tap on "Sign in", under the accounts section. 4. Now use the same email id to sign in, that you used to purchase the Radio FM Premium pack. After logging in, your Premium services will be re-initiated on your new device. Also, all your favorite radio stations, episodes, and subscribed podcasts will be synced to this device.
Do you need earphones to use Radio FM?
You don't need to connect your mobile phone with earphones to enjoy your favorite radios on the Radio FM app. All you need is an active internet connection to get access to online FM radios from around the world. If you want to use your wireless earphone then all you need to do is turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect it with your earphones. You can sync your Radio FM data across Automotive systems and Android/Apple TV by using the Automotive sync option in the app. This allows you to access your favorites and recently played stations seamlessly on multiple devices. Steps to sync data across devices: Open the Radio FM app Tap Settings in the top-left corner Select Automotive under the Accounts section Enter your email address and tap Fetch Code Enter the same code on the other device to sync Once synced, your favorite and recently played stations will be available on your car system and TV.

Why do radio stations keep pausing on the Radio FM app?
Radio stations on Radio FM may pause due to network issues, battery-saving restrictions, multiple active devices, or app background limitations. These issues are usually related to device settings or connectivity and can be fixed with a few simple checks. Common reasons stations keep pausing: Unstable or weak internet connection Radio FM account active on multiple devices Too many apps running in the background Excess cache or temporary files Battery saver or power-saving mode enabled How to fix the pausing issue: Open your phone’s Settings Go to Apps or App Management Select Radio FM Open Battery Usage Enable Allow background activity If the issue continues, restart your phone, wait for about 15 seconds, and then try listening again.
How to request Data Deletion for Radio FM?
Data Deletion Request Process The information of the user once delivered to RadioFM will be retained by RadioFM in compliance with laws i.e. Personal Information Protection Act (Korea), GDPR and IT guidelines and laws of Indian Govt, which direct the company to retain such information. Account Deletion Request Open the app and navigate to the "Settings" screen. Locate the "Delete Account" option and select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary details and confirm your request. Alternatively, you can send an email to us at support@appradiofm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request”, with a clear request for data deletion. On receiving the request, RadioFM will delete the account after verifying the user’s login ID (email). Details of Account Handling Data Deleted: Upon receiving an account deletion request, RadioFM will delete the account after verifying the user’s login ID (email). This could include personal preferences, recent history, subscribed podcasts, favourite stations and episodes, and other related data. On deletion of the account, his future subscription, if any will not be stopped automatically. To stop future subscriptions, if any, a user will need to unsubscribe from the Play Store or App Store, from where he purchased the premium features. Retention Period: We’ll retain your account information for a period of 180 days in compliance with Information Technology Rules 2021 notified by Govt. of India.
