Number 1 FM is a radio station based in Istanbul. In addition to terrestrial broadcasting, it can also be listened to via the Türksat 3A satellite. It was founded in London in 1992 by Ömer Karacan and was one of the first radios to broadcast to Turkey. In 1994, it moved to its studios in Istanbul and began broadcasting from there.
