It is about my life as a young adult in this era who has ambitions to own successful businesses, do a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology, own a ranch, travel the world and make a shit ton of memories with amazing souls. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 1 and have since become an advocate for mental health awareness. I share my experiences and how I cope and thrive with said.
