Can I change the episode from the full player?

Yes, you can change it with the help of side arrows present on the screen.
A. Open your Radio FM app and tap on Podcast.
B. Play your favorite Podcast episode.
C. On the full player,  you will find two arrows that are used to change episodes.
D. You can also change the episode from the notification drawer.
