How to request Data Deletion for Radio FM Partners?

Data Deletion Request Process
The information of the user once delivered to RadioFM will be retained by RadioFM in compliance with laws i.e. Personal Information Protection Act (Korea), GDPR and IT guidelines and laws of Indian Govt, which direct the company to retain such information. 

Account Deletion Request
Open the Radio FM Partners app and navigate to the "Settings" screen.
Locate the "Delete Account" option and select it.
Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary details and confirm your request.

Alternatively, you can send an email to us at partners@appradiofm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request”, with a clear request for data deletion. 

On receiving the request, RadioFM will delete the account after verifying the user’s login ID (email). 

Details of Account Handling
Data Deleted: Upon receiving an account deletion request, RadioFM will delete the account after verifying the user’s login ID (email). This includes partners listed radios and/or podcasts and the account.

The Partners can choose to delete this Account information along with the Stations and/or Podcasts he manages or any one thing, i.e either his Account or his Stations/Podcasts.

When he chooses only to delete his account information but not the content he manages, his account will be deleted but the stations/podcasts will not be removed from our platform.

Retention Period: We’ll retain your account information for a period of 180 days in compliance with Information Technology Rules 2021 notified by Govt. of India. On expiry of this period, the information will be deleted.
